GOV’T INHERITED OVER $21BN DEBT FROM PNM
Prime Minister Kamla Persad Bissessar says it’s because of the PNM wild spending when it was in power…the government has to find over $21BN to pay off debts. T&TEC WORKER ELECTROCUTED ON THE JOB
A member of the Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission’s maintenance crew was this morning electrocuted while on the job. CAMOUFLAGE CLOTHING FOUND IN LOPINOT
A quantity of camouflage clothing has been found in Lopinot during a police exercise. Between 4am and 9am today, officers of the Northern Division, spearheaded by Sup. Int. Bulling and Insp. Seecharan, conducted an exercise in the Lopinot valley area. Not all scrap yards are operating with a licence. This was the disclosure made by Chairman of the Association Adam Ferguson. He made the comment on Wednesday morning stating that there many scarp yards operating illegally. Hwever it’s the governement responsibility to shut them down.

A vendor is currently warded at hospital after he was shot during an attempted robbery.
