Rowley Questions Royal Castle Payments

Opposition Leader Dr Keith Rowley is calling on Ross Advertising to explain what they did with a multi million dollar cheque from Royal Castle. He claims the cheque was delivered right before the May 24th General Elections.
Ross Advertising is the Advertising Agency for the People’s Partnership, while Royal Castle is owned by Businessman Ish Galbaransingh.
Galbaransingh along with Steve Ferguson are wanted in the United States on 95 charges relating to the construction of Piarco Airport Terminal. The men lost their extradition caes in the High Court, and are now waiting on a decision from Attorney General Anand Ramlogan on whether they would in fact be extradited to the United States
