Labourer Killed

At around 3:30 am today 20-year-old Shondell Kinsdale of Number 11, Freedom street, Enterprise was walking towards his home after attending an Emancipation day celebration.
An altercation occurred when two men approached him firing shots. He collapsed on the roadway while the men fled the scene.
Family members rushed the labourer to the Chaguanas Health Facility where he was pronounced dead on arrival having suffered multiple gunshot wounds.
A party of police officers from the Chaguanas police headed by Snr. Supt. Deodath Doolalchan, Supt. Johnny Abraham, and Insp. Lawerence visited the scene and are continuing investigations.
The murder toll now stands at 243 for the year.
