Warner Still Waiting To See Police Cars

National Security Minister Jack Warner says he is yet to see any police cars on the highway even though he spoke with the Police Commissioner about this, weeks ago.
He made the comments while speaking at a function hosted by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce this morning.
He even joked about a solution if there werent enough police officers to patrol the highways.
The National Security Minister says it’s time to take back the country from the criminals and he says the government must take a proactive position and start by addressing the small crime first.
But one member of the chamber who is from Tobago expressed her dissatisfaction in how the government has handled the crime to date.
She says Tobago is facing serious economic problems stemming from the slowdown in the tourism sector and the high crime rate.
