TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO PLACED FOURTH AT THE 40TH CARIFTA GAMES
Trinidad and Tobago placed fourth at the 40th Carifta Games, which took place over the weekend in Jamaica. T&T earned 7 gold, 13 silver and 9 bronze totalling 29 medals in the competition. Jamaica placed first with 32 gold medals, 22 silver and 12 bronze. Bahamas were the runners-up with nine gold medals, 11 silver and 11 bronze, beating Barbados who won 9 gold, 8 silver and 10 bronze into third spot.
