Discrimination In Children’s Life Fund

Independent Senator Subhas Ramkhelawan says there is too much discrimination within the Children’s Life Fund Bill. For instance, he says, the Bill indicates that those who qualify for help must have some life threatening case.  Mr Ramkhelawan questioned whether those who don’t have life threatening problems but who would not live a normal life due to their problem would be helped. He also said children should not be discriminated against based on their parents’ wealth.
